Welcome to our little family travel blog. Our goal for this site is to share our stories with family, friends, and friends we haven't met yet! We are ordinary people, bound by limited budgets and limited PTO, who love to get out there and explore the world. Our travel style prioritizes making the most of our limited time to get close to natural and world heritage. We seek out adventures where we can glimpse amazing wild creatures going about their daily routines in the sea, prairie or tree canopy and imagine ancient civilizations going about their daily routines on the very ground beneath our feet. We recognize travel is a privilege and we treat all of the people, culture, animals and landscapes we encounter with respect. We shy away from gaudy experiences especially in vulnerable environments!
